KADA has developed at a high speed since its foundation and now annual capacity is up to 40 million pieces thermostat. The building area is 8000 square meters, which consists of a precision stamping department, a mold design center, a full-automatic machine department, four assembly departments, two researches and development team, a laboratory. The company have more than 100 sets advanced production equipment and more than 80 sets precision measure equipment.

KADA implemented 6S management. Through more than ten years developing and growing, we have formed a set of standard and efficient management system and work flow from products designing to products large-scale making.
